8. Are you a scam? How do we verify that you are the rightful owners?
We are more than happy to link you up with our title company, attorney's office or realtor involved in our property acquision procees. They are neutral, and licensed third party providers and can verify our authority in selling our properties. It does take several weeks to get a new warranty deed to be recorded, so often the county's public record may not always have the most up-to-date records reflecting on our ownership, since we purchase properties and sell it to our customers usually within a short time span before the new transfer gets recorded. The title company is the party that sends the notarized deed to be recorded with the registry of deeds and will be able to vouch for our credibility.
